CONSTRUCTION DETAILING
Your project is supported with technical expertise in architectural and landscape architecture construction detailing. We come to each project to support and enhance the design, functionality, and constructibility of every project.
CODE ANALYSIS
Providing construction code analysis for architecture projects for compliance with: State Building Codes, The International Building Code, applicable Zoning Codes, Accessibility and Energy Codes. Our code knowledge informs the other aspects of professional service.
SPECIFICATION
We provide CSI formatted specifications as required for commercial construction projects. Outline specification are provided for upfront cost projecting and bidding. Our years of experience with construction management oversight, design, and detailing informs our specification writing.
